We fielded a crack unit of digital specialists to “compete” in the NABS 5K run around Regent’s Park last night. And rather surprised ourselves. Not only did we all finish (without the need of medical assistance) but we were all able to complete the course with relatively respectable times. Our next challenge is a 10K Marine Assault Course in October (where our Finance Director will be able to give his scandalous lycra yet another outing). Well done to all and thanks to NABS for organising.

At first I was pretty surprised at the big split between the number of female and male twitterers (the only females that follow me on Twitter want me to take a look at their “XXXHOT pics”). But with Facebook the divide is even more pronounced –  last month Inside Facebook reported that, in the US, the female/male ratio on the site has now hit an all time high, with ladies outnumbering blokes 1.35 to 1, with twice as many women joining Facebook in the last month than men.
