It’s billed as “The Ultimate 10 Mile Endurance Race” (so slightly tougher than the NABS 5K run last week). We fielded a crack unit of digital specialists to “compete” in the NABS 5K run around Regent’s Park last night. And rather surprised ourselves. Not only did we all finish (without the need of medical assistance) but we were all able to complete the course with relatively respectable times. Our next challenge is a 10K Marine Assault Course in October (where our Finance Director will be able to give his scandalous lycra yet another outing).
